چکیده

In this study, the self-organized nanoporous tin oxide films were prepared on cold sprayed and foil through a voltage-controlled anodization method. The optimized spray parameters used to obtain dense structure. morphology crystallinity of samples investigated by FE-SEM XRD, respectively. Firstly, an amorphous film (SnO) with compact less regular outer layer almost uniform inner was grown during anodization. This structure cause formation close pores at surface, which reduces appropriate properties porous Herein, simple way attain totally open is reported. Pulsed ultrasonic ensured be effective create mostly few lateral cracks. It found that are different because difference in surface topography imperfections. current vs. time curves mechanism discussed. highest applicable annealing temperature for 350 °C. Nanoporous adhesion substrate maintained perfectly temperature. Subsequent higher temperatures leads collapse

Preparation of mesoporous tin oxide for electrochemical applications

Following the discovery of the MCM family of mesoporous silicates using the supramolecular templating approach,1 mesoporous materials have attracted considerable attention because of their remarkably large surface areas and narrow pore size distributions, which make them ideal candidates for catalysts, molecular sieves, and as electrodes in solid-state ionic devices. A number of related synthet...

Tin Oxide Nanorod Array-Based Electrochemical Hydrogen Peroxide Biosensor

SnO2 nanorod array grown directly on alloy substrate has been employed as the working electrode of H2O2 biosensor. Single-crystalline SnO2 nanorods provide not only low isoelectric point and enough void spaces for facile horseradish peroxidase (HRP) immobilization but also numerous conductive channels for electron transport to and from current collector; thus, leading to direct electrochemistry...

Preparation and Characterization of Tin Oxide Nanowires

The aim of this research is preparation of SnO2 nanowires by means of Thermal chemical reaction vapor transport deposition (TCRVTD) method from SnO powders. The morphology, chemical composition and microstructure properties of the nanowires are characterized using field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), EDS, and XRD. The XRD diffraction patterns reveal that the SnO2 nanowires have...

Determination of Residual Stress of PACVD Nanostructure TiN Coatings by GIXRD Method

In this study, thin layers of titanium nitride (TiN) were deposited on H13 steel substrates at different duty cycles and temperature of 520 ˚C using plasma assisted chemical vapor deposition (PACVD). Uniaxial residual stress was calculated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Sin2 Ψ method. Then the residual stress of the samples were measured by Grazing Incidence X-ray Diffraction (GIXRD) method and...

Gold/Tin Oxide Nanocomposite by Nanojoining

In this paper we report synthesis of Au-SnO2 nanocomposite by nano-joining. It involves synthesis of Au and SnO2 colloids separately followed by post irradiation of mixed Au-SnO2 colloids. We have used 532 nm and 1064 nm wavelengths of a pulsed Nd:YAG laser and different post irradiation time. The post irradiation by 532 nm laser light results in formation of Au-SnO2 nanocomposite by nanojoinin...
